Achievements Overview
Nuclear Throne has 44 achievements with another 15 being added for update 100, bringing the total to 59.
Most of these are related to unlocks or game progression. Version specific achievements are as follows:
Steam: Includes all 59 achievements, with C-Skin and Cuz-related ones.
The first 44 achievements were added in update 95, right before the official release (u96).
Any unlocks gained previously would gain related
achievements automatically, while progression achievements had to be
achieved again. Because of this, there is inconsistent unlock rates for
the achievement stats. Also applies to those who have a NT save file
from another platform and then play on Steam, or save edits.
PlayStation: Includes 45 trophies, with a unique one called "It's Not Fair, It's Not Right"
gained by obtaining every other trophy. Trophy unlock percentages are
artificially high due to widespread hacking on the PS Vita.
Note: Dailies are currently unavailable on the
PlayStation version, there is a
status page.
Bug: If a character has a crown unlocked and is
selected while starting a run as 'Random', it can be started as other
characters.

Xbox: Includes 44 achievements, with 43 that are obtainable.
Not Bad achievement is not possible to get as this version does not have dailies, Vlambeer
is aware of the issue.
(Ultra Mutant achievement is still obtainable -
that is tied to unlocks, not getting every achievement.)
No other versions currently have achievements.
